tcode.ai – Terms of Service

1. Acceptance

By accessing or using the tcode.ai Visual Studio Code extension, website, or related services ("Service"), you agree to these Terms. If using on behalf of an organization ("Organization"), you bind both yourself and the Organization. Minors are prohibited from use.

2. Accounts

• Provide accurate account information and keep it updated.
• You are responsible for account security and activities.
• We may suspend/terminate accounts for violations or at our discretion.

3. Use Restrictions

You agree not to:

• Reverse-engineer, scrape, or overload the Service.
• Use outputs for ML/AI training or person-identification technologies.
• Resell, license, or misuse tcode.ai's intellectual property.
• Violate laws, infringe rights, or engage in harmful/fraudulent activities.
• Bypass security measures or disrupt the Service.

4. User Content & Data

• You retain ownership of code, prompts, and files ("User Content").
• You grant tcode.ai a license to use User Content to operate, improve, and secure the Service.
• Output Disclaimer: AI-generated output may be inaccurate or non-unique. Verify outputs before use. We disclaim liability for output quality.
• Telemetry: Non-code usage data may be collected but can be disabled in settings.

5. Intellectual Property

tcode.ai owns all rights to the Service and its content (excluding User Content). Feedback provided to us becomes our property.

6. Payments

• Paid features require valid payment methods. Fees are non-refundable.
• Subscriptions auto-renew unless canceled before renewal.
• Taxes are your responsibility.

7. Disclaimers

Service provided "as is." We disclaim all warranties (express/implied), including accuracy, availability, and fitness for purpose.

8. Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for:

• Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
• Loss of data, profits, or business opportunities.
• Claims exceeding fees paid or $100 USD (whichever is greater).

9. Governing Law & Disputes

• Governing Law: English law applies.
• Arbitration: Disputes resolved via binding arbitration in UAE under [specified rules], on an individual basis. Class actions waived.
• Courts: Exclusive jurisdiction for injunctive relief lies in UAE courts.

10. General

• We may modify these Terms; continued use constitutes acceptance.
